Dear Agriwaterpedia community,
with joint efforts we are happy to announce that www.agriwaterpedia.info will move to the new domain www.wiki.wocat.net as WOCATPEDIA no later than March 2016.
WOCAT (World Overview of Conservation Approaches and Technologies) is an established global network of land management specialists, dedicated to sustainable land management (SLM). The overall goal of the WOCAT Network is to unite the efforts in knowledge management and decision support for up-scaling SLM among all stakeholders including national governmental and non-governmental institutions and international and regional organizations and programs. The network provides tools that allow SLM specialists to identify fields and needs of action, share their valuable knowledge in land management. The provided data assist them in their search for appropriate SLM technologies and approaches, support them in making decisions in the field and at the planning level and in up-scaling identified best practices.
WOCATPEDIA will make the WOCAT platform more dynamic, interactive and therefore more interesting for the SLM community of practice.
Your user account will be moved and there is nothing you need to do just yet. More information regarding the switchover will be supplied in the coming weeks.
